Using native materials and local know how, Ubud dining chair makes a gentle leap toward the ethos of sustainability and green design.
The open weave gives an airiness to a small space, an earthiness to a modern space and lends itself to a bohemian or a modern space. *Due to the heterogeneous nature of rattan, every product will have its own and unique texture and color. Minor issues such as extra knots, uneven spots and color differences are to be expected. They are part of the material characteristics and charm and therefore won't be considered to be product defects.
Maintenance: When rattan products are placed in dry environments there is a possibility of cracking of the rattan wire/strips. This is inevitable and part of the nature of the material.
That said, this can largely be prevented by regularly wetting the rattan material, for example with a plant sprayer. For long-term use of the rattan furniture, we advise you to moisten the seat regularly so that the cords do not dry out.
This of course depends on the level of humidity in the room in which the product is located and might not always be necessary.
