Shipping and returns
Products are shipped to all countries in Europe.
All products are being shipped directly from Spain and/or Holland.
When the product is in stock, the delivery period is approximately 1 week. We will send you a confirmation e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped. www.sillaacapulco.com is not responsible for any damage due to a possible delay.
In the event that we are unable to ship to your country, you will be notified that your order has been cancelled and you will be issued a refund.

Returned items must be in the same state as they were when you received them, and in the original packaging.
The consumer is responsible for returning the product to the sillaacapulco.com's warehouse in Sliedrecht, Netherlands.
If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, the cost of return shipping will be borne by the consumer.
