Products are shipped to all countries in Europe.
All products are being shipped directly from Holland.

For deliveries in the US please visit our US website; https://www.sillaacapulco.us/

When a product is in stock, the delivery period is approximately 1 week. We will send you a confirmation e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped.

www.sillaacapulco.com is not responsible for any damage due to a possible delay.
In the event that we are unable to ship to your country, you will be notified that your order has been cancelled and you will be issued a refund.

Returns 
To return an item please email us at sales@sillaacapulco.com 
Returned items must be in the same state as they were when you received them, and in the original packaging.

The consumer is responsible for returning the product to the sillaacapulco.com's warehouse in Sliedrecht, Netherlands.

If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, the cost of return shipping will be borne by the consumer. 

Damage claims

Upon receipt of your parcel or pallet shipment, we ask you to carefully check for damage to the package and contents.

If damage is found, it is important that you do not accept the shipment and a report is made of the damage on the freight bill (bill of lading/packing slip) of the carrier.

Every sign of damage must be reported and claimed BEFORE the shipment is accepted.

Silla Acapulco and Fair Furniture B.V. cannot be held responsible for damage that is detected AFTER the receipt and acceptance of the shipment.
